Partner SR Instructions

Partners now have the option to open service requests on behalf of their end users through the support portal. To open a service request for your end user, follow the instructions below.

On the service request form, select the desired product, select yes for the question "is this service request for a customer?” and choose the end user account from the drop down.

If the service request is not for an end user, you will need to enter your product and select your account from the drop down
