Date time validation in the shopping cart causes error to be thrown infinitely (4381526)

Using a date type request property parameter with a check, with no default value set for the parameter. When a user starts a new request for the product that has this request property and selects an invalid or empty datetime an error message will appear once. If the end user selects an invalid datetime again then we see the error message and get into an endless loop in the portal on this specific parameter.
