Running the configuration wizard during an upgrade results in the following error:
"You are not the owner of at least one agent job. This may cause in errors while stopping DBQueueProcess."

Risoluzione
In SQL Management Studio (SSMS) expand SQL Server Agent | Jobs.
The jobs will appear as QBM_PDBQueueProcess_##, etc. on <database>, e.g.:
Open the properties for these jobs (right-click and choose Properties) to confirm the owner:
Update the owner as required.
