Descrizione
When trying to update the PrimaryEmail of a GAPUser with the same address but in different capitalization, the customizer throws the error:
"Error during execution of 'OnSaving' in logic module 'GAP.Customizer.GAPUser'. ---> VI.Base.ViException: The email address '..' is already used as user account or group's primary email or alias." -
Causa
This is related to Product Defect 34160. -

This is targeted to be addressed in Identity Manager v 8.1.5. Please contact One Identity Support to obtain a Hotfix for Identity Manager versions 8.1.2, 8.1.3 and 8.1.4. -
