When workflows are transported, layout information is not transported along with the workflow. -
Causa
Layout information is transported, but it refers to UIDs in the source database. Submethods and decision steps receive new UIDs in the target database.

WORKAROUND
The layout has to be restored manually.
STATUS
This is a known issue #18741. The behaviour is resolved from version 7.0.
