The web application does not load columns from the database unless they are actually used in a web component. Moreover, the setting "Load All Columns" does not appear to have any effect in webdesigner. -
Risoluzione
Both behaviours are intended. The former ensures that memory is saved. The latter is an additional optimisation in the webdesigner frontend, therefore you can not see columns in the query result window that were not used in any of the components.
