When running an Import batch file on the appliance, an error is returned:
Please verify the formatting of the import file. Ensure there are no erroneous spaces or characters. The above example error was returned when there were extra spaces at the end of a numerical value on one line in the Import file.
If there are spaces at the end of a value and before the next comma this error may be returned.
When testing an Import file, it may be useful to test an Import file just one line to see if this is successful.
It may be useful to further narrow down the issue by running the Import file in portions; possibly the first half of the file is successful, and the second half fails. This method may help narrow down any specific issues.
