Descrizione
After upgrade from 2.x - 2.9 discovery jobs return "No appliance available to execute platform request. (60609)" message onscreen and in logs. -
Causa
In previous versions of Safeguard for Privilidged Passwords (SPP) would automatically failback to the Default Managed Network, but in 2.9 and up the managed networks configured are enforced and no failback occurs.
This error can also be seen when the resource usage on a particular appliance, or the Cluster in general is very high. Reboot certain appliances, or modifying the configure to better manage the task load can help avoid seeing this error. -
Risoluzione
If managed networks have been configured in Safeguard for Privileged Passwords, then it is necessary to configure an appliance or appliances that will manage these subnets. Ensure the managed networks have all been assigned Appliance ID's to the "Passwords Managed By" field.
