How can this header be turned off?

The following steps allow customers to disable X-frame options that are added by CAM.
- Navigate to Settings | Advanced settings | Proxy Tuning
- Add a new property
- Property: cam.disableAddingXFrameOptionsHeader
- value: true
- enabled: checked
- application: all Applications
