QESSO modules are generated with Visual Studio 2005 which do not provide a coherent set of versions between Mfc80.dll and the MFCLoc dlls, resulting manifests refer to versions of MFCLoc which doesn't exist. This is not an issue - MFCLoc are only translation dlls.
A correction has been made in build 8.02 3175+ to address this issue. Now the modules install a complete set of coherent MFC dlls, including Mfc80.dll and MFCLoc dlls. A soon as a module is installed, errors will disappear. Configuration tools will continue to generate errors if it is run before any previous installation of module of the suite. In this case you can safely ignore the error message.
