In SPP version 8.0 LTS, searching the Accounts list within the Web UI, the search box is case sensitive causing inaccurate search results.

Change Request # 475819 will fix this issue to allow searching accounts to be case insensitive in the upcoming releases of SPP versions 8.0.1 LTS and 8.1.0
