Type 11 (by application):
“Gateway authentication failed”

And the logs report this error.
"An unexpected SocketException was thrown: No such host is known.\"

Causa
DNS was not configured correctly.

Risoluzione
Ensure that each Safeguard for Privileged Sessions (SPS) appliance in the cluster is resolvable both by hostname and IP address.
If SPS is joined to Safeguard for Privileged Passwords (SPP) then ensure that each SPP appliance in the cluster is resolvable both by hostname and IP address.
