Cannot add a new SSH Authentication policy if the private key is set to Ed25519 (4379793)

When adding a new SSH Authentication policy with the public key is set to Ed25519, the following error appears:

Error validating XML with schema
schema='/opt/scb/share/xml/validator/xmldb/scb.xsd', error='Element 'private_key', attribute 'type': [facet 'enumeration'] The value 'ec' is not an element of the set {'rsa', 'ed25519'}.'

Note:

• Adding a new RSA key works fine.
• Adding a new Ed25519 key in the same manner results in an error indicating that the key could not be verified and the passphrase should be checked.

STATUS

Change Request # 497250 has been created to address this issue in a future release of SPS subject to successful QA testing and product management approval.
