When attempting to connect to the Self Service site in the SPE (Secure Password Extension), the site fails with the error:
“The page you opened does not belong to One Identity Password Manager” -
Causa
By design. -
Risoluzione
STATUS
This is expected functionality if the URL is set without the /PMSelfService site in the URL. The SPE is designed to check if the site is a Password Manager Self Service site. The use of DNS aliases or IIS Redirects is not supported.
WORKAROUND
Use the following format when setting the Self Service URL:
Correct:
https://password.domain.com/PMSelfService
Incorrect:
https://password.domain.com -
