The following exclusions are recommended if performance issues are encountered due to Antivirus applications installed on the Password Manager host server:
- The One Identity Password Manager Service process
- Service name: PMService
- Service executable name: QPM.Service.Host.exe
- The following Password Manager directories:
- C:\Program Files\One Identity\Password Manager
- C:\ProgramData\One Identity\Password Manager
- The One Identity Password Manager Service process
