Theres a requirement to allow SSO (Single Sign on) for the helpdesk page to prevent the users having to logon. -
Causa
This is unsupported and not possible at present. This is by product design. -
Risoluzione
An enhancement request (85124) has been created for this for possible implementation into a future release of Password Manager.
Once this has been implemented, we will update this page.
