Currently it is not possible out of the box to change the following text error message from the self service site when searching for a user:
"No matching accounts have been found. Check your user name and try again."
Product design.
To change the text error message "No matching accounts have been found. Check your user name and try again." on the self service site when searching for a user, go to the following file:
ProgramFiles\One Identity\Password Manager\Service\Resources\LocalizationStorage\en-US\Service.xml
And change the error text under:
<Resource Id="Error.UserIdentificationFailed">
Enhancement request 648209 has been created for consideration on a future release of the product to allow for these changes from the GUI.
