New features
The following is a list of new features in this release of Starling Connect.

- JFrog Artifactory connector is released and it can be used for provisioning or de-provisioning resources.

- xMatters connector is released and it can be used for provisioning or de-provisioning resources.

Enhancements
The following is a list of enhancements implemented in this release of Starling Connect.

- Oracle Fusion Cloud: Oracle Fusion Cloud connector supports managing data security records (314727) Note: Currently in beta version.

Resolved issues
The following issues were resolved in this release of Starling Connect.

- In SuccessFactorsHR, upon updating an employee, customer received error related to SuccessFactors metadata in the update request (387999)
