PADataCollectionWinSvc.exe is maxing the CPU 100% (4255595)

When the data sent by each client is large, it takes a lot of CPU and memory for the service to process.

The server runs way more efficiently when the chunks of data from the clients is small.  

Go to Advanced Policy Settings > Client Data Collection Settings for each GPO and look to see what the value for the maximum records per transaction is set to and set it to a 10.

Note:   If you do make this change  it won't take effect on the clients until they have all processed group policy again and  to make sure you do it on every GPO that is sending rules to the clients and then give it about 24 hours for the CPU settles down.
