Causa
Additional CLI accounts are requested for management of SSB console. -
Risoluzione
While creating additional CLI accounts is possible within the Syslog-ng Store Box (SSB), it is highly not recommended at this time.
Creating additional CLI accounts will taint the firmware of the SSB and because of this, troubleshooting and upgrades will not be possible until the taint is removed.
Please continue to use the single "root" CLI account for management of the console within the SSB.
