This data can be viewed from within the "IT Shop" tab in Manager:
1. Expand "Requests", then "Request overview".
2. There are four options: "By recipient", "By date" , "By request number" and "By workdesk".
Note: The By request number will only show requests once expanded only if a request template was used to order the product.
For example, if an administrator expands "By date", this can further expand by year and month. Requests by month are displayed, by the "Requested product". The displayed data will show the Service Item, the requestor, including the date and time of the request, as well as the Approver, etc.
To view the requested date and approved date in Object Browser:
1. Open Object Browser
2. From the menu select “SQL” and “New SQL Window”
3. Run the following command:
SELECT * FROM PersonWantsOrg WHERE XDateInserted >= '1/1/2020' AND XDateInserted < '5/1/2020'
Additionally, append the text: AND OrderState = ‘Assigned’ if the need is to see items that are still assigned to users.
Replace '1/1/2020' and '5/1/2020' with the date range needed for the report.
