When reviewing a frozen "ADS_ADSAccount_Delete" job in the Job Queue, the below error is seen:
"Error executing projection step (user) of projection configuration (Provisioning (Provisioning))."
"Error executing synchronization step (user)!"
"Method (Delete object (Delete)) could not be executed successfully."
When attempting to expand the "BasisObjectKey" the error "Could not create single object for ADSAccount" appears.
To resolve this error:
1. Copy the UID for the ADSAccount from the Job
2. Open Object Browser and search the database to see if the ADSAccount exists
select * from ADSAccount where UID_ADSAccount = 'replace_with_UID'
3. If the account no longer exists, delete the job from the Job Queue.
