If an order is searched for and found in IT Shop by full-text search, the corresponding master data is visible in the screen pop-up.
Especially for inactive orders (e.g. cancelled or cancelled), the information on the processing status (Approved) is misleading for the end user. It would make more sense if the "order status" (cancelled) were displayed here by default instead.
An enhancement request (#34181) has been created.
The product team will evaluate the request and this feature may become available in a future release of the product.
