Despite being a member of the proper permissions group and having the user interface permissions configured properly, one Employee is not seeing the appropriate options in Manager.
SOLUTION 1:
Clear the local cache:
1. In Windows Explorer navigate to C:\Users\\AppData\Local\One Identity\One Identity Manager.
2. Delete the "Assembly Cache" and "Cache" folders. These will be rebuilt automatically when the program is launched.
3. Close and reopen Manager and verify that the appropriate options are now visible.
SOLUTION 2:
Compare the Identity Manager folder under Program Files on the workstation experiencing the issue to one on another workstation that is working properly. Are any files missing? Are they a different version? If so, replace these files and re-launch Manager to verify if the issue is resolved.
