Manager Web Error: [1205001] The current user could not be determined -
Description
When attempting to log into the Quest One Identity manager website the following message from the webpage is displayed:
“Message from webpage”[810284] Failed to authenticate user[1205001] The current user could not be determined

Cause
This is due to the Authentication Module selected in the Configuration of the Web Manager -
Resolution
1. On the Web Server, open the configuration editor for the Web Manager application, located under "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\ManagerWeb\WebConfigEditor\WebConfigEditor.exe"
2. Change the "Database Connection" | "Authentication" module to the correct module to use (Example, for AD Role based authentication, select "Active Directory User Account (Role Based)").
3. Click "Save" and attempt to load the website again.
