Scenario 1: "Intervening".
Example:
Level 1: Mr. Maier has just decided
Level 2, SubLevel 1: He is not authorised to make decisions.
Level 2, SubLevel 2: He is authorised to make decisions, the decision is taken over from Level 1 by means of AutoDecision.
Scenario 2: "Overarching
Example:
Level 1, SubLevel 1: Mr. Maier is authorised to make decisions (in addition to other persons).
Level 1, SubLevel 2: Mr. Maier is authorised to make decisions (in addition to other persons).
This means that he is asked twice, so to speak. However, if he only decides once (e.g. SubLevel 2), then the other SubLevel should also be decided immediately by means of AutoDecision.
