The Web Portal is throwing an exception message when a logged in user is trying to create a new delegation. The performed steps are as follows:
Log in to web portal -> select "Responsibilities" -> select "New Delegation".
The exception thrown as per screenshot below:
The "Delegation" Service Item has the "Not available" option checked:
The "Not available" option needs to be unchecked for the Delegation service item to allow new delegation to be created. The steps are as follows:
1. Log in to Manager -> Select IT Shop -> Identity & Access Lifecycle -> (Shelves) Identity Lifecycle -> Delegation (Assignment resources) -> open the Delegation Service Item -> Select "Change Master Data" in "Tasks" -> Uncheck the option "Not Avaliable":
By default, the "Not available" option for the Delegation service item is unchecked. This could be changed manually by mistake. To check when the last change was made on the Delegation Service item object one can perform the following steps:
In Manager with delegation service item still selected -> select "Object" in Menu Item -> Select Properties -> In the Object Properties pop up window, check "Updated by" and "Updated on" fields:
