Enhancement to improve logging to identify issues in Active Roles Server -
Description
When Active Roles Server (ARS) had an issue in a deployment scenario, it caused all ARS jobs (FullProjection and AdhocProjection) to run extremely slow. However, it took quite a while for an investigation to reveal that the problem was due to Active Roles Server, as the projection logs did not show sufficient information from the ARS side. -
Cause
There is no indication in One Identity Manager (1IM) logs that will tell if 1IM is waiting for ARS response and that the response has not been received. -

STATUS
An Enhancement request for the above has been tagged under enhancement request number 33801 and will be considered for future implementation. NLog logging will be enhanced to improve the investigation in the future. -
