After configuring approval by email and running the schedule 'Processes IT Shop mail approvals' the following error is seen in the job queue:
"Error in script VI_MailApproval_ProcessInBox(): [Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices.Data.ServiceRequestException] The request failed. The remote server returned an error: (440) Login Timeout. "
Follow the steps below to configure the approval by email settings:
1. Open Designer with an applicable account.
2. Click on Edit Configuration parameters.
3. Expand QER
4. Expand ITShop
5. Expand MailApproval
6. Fill out the parameters Account, Domain, ExchangeURI, Inbox and Password.
7. ExchangeURI is the Exchange Web Services URL.
Please note that AppId is only used if using Exchange Online application.
