Active Roles Synchronization Project is not updating the Schema -
Description
After creating a new virtual attribute in Active Roles and updating the schema within Synchronization Editor for the Active Roles sync project the attribute is not available for mapping. -
Cause
The cache needs to be cleared -
Resolution
Follow the steps below to clear the cache
- Navigate to the C:\ drive
- Click on Users
- Click on the folder that matches the service account
- Click on AppData
- Click on Local
- Click on Dell
- Click on One Identity Manager
- Click on Cache
- Select all and delete
- Do the same for the AssemblyCache folder
Once completed launch Synchronization Editor, load the Active Roles project. Click on Target system and click on the Update schema button.
