"Get approver for a request" task blocks the DB queue and nothing else can process. -
Cause
There are dependencies between the folowing tasks.
"Get approver for a request"
"IT Shop meet approval automatically"
"Object assignments to IT Shop orders".
It can result in only "Get approver for a request" processing and blocking the running of other tasks, seriously slowing down the queue.
