Active Directory Authentication Failed: "You are not authorized to use this database"

When trying to access the One Identity Manager (1IM) Web Portal (ITShop) receiving an error:

"You are not authorized to use this database"

Configuration:

1. Web Project: VI_StandardWeb

2. Authentication Module: Active Directory User account(role based) (Active Directory user account (manual input/role based)

Also attempted using Manager (front-end) with Login as Active Directory User Account (Manual input / role based) and receive the same error.

The system being used to log in to the web interface and the front-end tools, e.g. Manager, is not in one of the authentication domains.

Confirm that the Active Directory (AD) account exists in the database (has been synchronized) and that it is managed and has an associated Employee account.

The AD account must reside in a domain that is managed by 1IM.

The authenticating system must be in one of the listed authentication domains (TargetSystem\ADS\AuthenticationDomains), or it must be in a domain with a trust relationship with one of the authentication domains.
