The report definition for the Compliance rule violations by direct reports shows two invalid columns -
Description
When looking at the report "Compliance rule violations by direct reports" there are two columns that look to be invalid.
The columns are RiskIndexCalculated and RiskIndexReduced. These do not exist in PersonInNonCompliance.

Cause
The compliance risk configuration parameters are not enabled -
Resolution
Enable the configuration parameter within Designer under QER\CalculateRiskIndex
