There is no option to configure the One Identity Manager for Service Catalog to connect to ServiceNow via a Management, Instrumentation, and Discovery (MID) server. -

STATUS:
Enhancement request number “444618" has been submitted to the product team for consideration in a future release of Identity Manager.Support for One Identity Manager for Service Catalog to connect to ServiceNow via a Management, Instrumentation, and Discovery (MID) server was added in version 1.3.3. This is documented under the Release notes section of this site.
