Attestation approval email links open to a blank page -
Description
When using the approval by mail option for Attestations, the approval emails will have a deep link to the attestation decision page, when attempting to open this link, the web page results in a grey screen. This will also happen for attestation approver reminder emails that have a direct link to the attestation decision page.

WORKAROUND:
Reload the page.
STATUS:
This has been implemented into versions 9.0 LTS CU5, 9.3.1 and above. If impacted by this issue, please contact support and request a hotfix for defect number 489439.
