9.2 Disabling authentication modules in Password Reset Portal breaks the passcode functionality. (4378105)

Steps to reproduce:

• For Password Reset Portal, disable all authentcation modules except "OAuth2 / OpenID Connect (role-based)"
• Open the Password Reset Portal

Expected result:

See the login dialog with a selection with 3 options:

• OAuth2 / Open ID Connect (role-based)
• Login with a passcode
• Login with your Q&A profile

Actual result:

The application redirects directly to Oauth2, and the user cannot use the other options.

This is a product defect (453717). 

WORKAROUND:

None

STATUS:

This will be fixed in a future release of the product. If you require this immediately corrected, please contact support for a hotfix referencing the defect ID 453717
