Description
When attempting to launch the angular portal the following error is displayed instead of the landing page:
HTTP Error 404 : Page Not Found
The API server logs will display the following error:
System.Exception: An error occurred while processing the request: /qer-app-portal/index.html ---> System.IO.FileNotFoundException: File qer-app-portal/index.html not found
