The manager approval of One Identity Manager for Service Catalog service items that have request properties does not have a user-friendly display of the request properties. The request properties field within the OneIM_Request displays JSON code summarizing the properties and their values.

This has been implemented in versions 9.3.1 and 10.0 LTS. If on an older version of the product and impacted by this issue, please contact support and request a hotfix for defect number 491457
