Firefox browser displays an error when loading the Active Roles Web Interface -

When attempting to load the Active Roles Web Interface using the Firefox browser, the following error is received:
An error occurred during the last operation.
Error: The connection with the remote endpoint was terminated.

원인
Windows Authentication when enabled in Internet Information Services (IIS) will cause this error to be displayed. Firefox will cause the web page to not be rendered correctly, because Windows Authentication is enabled. -
해결 방안
From a machine that hosts an Active Roles Web Administration service open IIS.
- Expand server, and expand the Sites folder.
- Select ARWebAdmin from the list.
- Under IIS in the middle pane view double click the Authentication icon.
- On the Authentication window, Disable Windows Authentication, and change Basic Authentication to Enabled.
- Restart IIS.
- Shut down the Firefox browser if open still.
- Open Firefox and load the Active Roles Web Interface.
Note: Basic authentication transmits user names and passwords across the network in an unencrypted form. It is recommended to use SSL encryption in combination with Basic authentication to help secure user account information transmitted across the Internet or a corporate network to prevent security related issues.
