How to: Grant read-only access to the ARS MMC console

Currently we are building new Active Directory Junior team. We would like to provide read-only access to Active roles console.
해결 방안

RESOLUTION:
1.- Right click the "Active Directory" section and select "Delegate Control...":

2.- Click Add button
3.- Click Next button
4.- Click the Add button and add the corresponding Junior group.
5.- Click Next
6.- Select access template "All Objects - Read All Properties":

7.- Click Next button
8.- Run the ARS MMC console as a different user and authenticate using the credentials of one of the Junior group members.
