After installing the Active Roles Management Shell the following error is seen when attempting to load the Management Shell application:
Import-Module : The specified module 'ActiveRolesManagementShell' was not loaded because no valid module file was found in any module directory. Using this command Import-Module ActiveRolesManagementShell may present this error also:

Support for remote Exchange Management ShellWhen performing Exchange recipient management tasks on Exchange Server 2010 or later, Active Roles uses remote Exchange Management Shell to communicate with Exchange Server, so you do not need to install the Exchange management tools on the computer running the Administration Service.To use remote Exchange Management Shell, the Administration Service must be running on a computer that has:- Windows Server 2012 or a later version of the Windows Server operating system.
