Whenever any Workflow executes a VB Library script in an IF-Else Branch, the following error message is thrown in the Active Roles Administration Service Event Viewer logs:

This issue has been identified as a non-impacting product defect and is being tracked by Defect ID# 91839. -

None, but it has been confirmed that this issue does not impact script execution.
