Re-authenticating existing Azure Tenants doesn’t appear to be ‘consented’ when carrying out an In-place Upgrade in Active Roles 7.5.x or 7.6.x (4368776)
Re-authenticating existing Azure Tenants doesn’t appear to be ‘consented’ when carrying out an In-place Upgrade in Active Roles 7.5.x or 7.6.x
설명
When carrying out an in-place upgrade each tenant configured within Active Roles needs to be re-authenticated. This is done by clicking on the “Reauthenticate” box and entering the username and password of the global admin for each tenant. Even though when these credentials are entered correctly the “Reauthenticate” box can sometimes not be changed to “Consented”, which is the expected behaviour.
원인
The ‘Re-authenticate box’ may sometimes not work due to a restart required in the Active Roles Admin service.
해결 방안
Proceed with the in-place upgrade and re-consent in the ‘Azure AD Configuration Tab’ if required.
