The Configuration Center displays error ‘Delegate to an instance method cannot have null'. -

This error may occur when the in-place upgrade wizard is not configured through to completion correctly. In this case Active Roles may try to re-run the in-place upgrade wizard.
The following error is encountered every time the Configuration Center is opened:

원인
Re-configure Active Roles to stop running the in-place upgrade wizard post configuration has been completed. Configuration may have been completed using a clean installation.

해결 방안
Navigate to the following locations in the registry:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\One Identity\Active Roles\Configuration\Web
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\One Identity\Active Roles\Configuration\Service
Change the ‘IsInPlaceUpgrade’ hexadecimal value from 1 to 0.
