edsvaOnPremisesSyncEnabled is not populated and returns no result by querying in a Managed Unit.
Azure Security Groups has the “edsvaOnPremisesSyncEnabled” and it can be populated, however, Managed Unit queries against it do not work.

This issue has been identified as a product defect 420919 -
