Default action failing when user account moved to new OU (4379751)

Some operations used as "Default Command" fail. Operations "Unlock", "Deprovision" and "Rename" have been tested. "Unlock" and "Deprovision" both fail with the same error, however "Rename" operation works fine.

The error that appears is:
"An error occurred during the last opeartion.

Error: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: DN must be specified"

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1.- Set default action to "Unlock" via the ARS WI Customization for User objects
2.- Navigate to user OU
3.- Check box next to user
4.- Click "Move" under the users section on the right
5.- Choose new OU location
6.- Click "Move"
7.- Error "Value cannot be null. Parameter name: DN must be specified. ..." occurs

Status:
The Active Roles product team has raised defect #496174 which will be resolved in a future version of Active Roles.
