Azure Tenant Shows Consent Button On Remote Configuration Center (4379859)

When installing the Configuration Center on a remote server that does not have the Active Roles service administration installed and launching the Configuration Center as an Active Roles Admin that has the proper database access, the integrated Azure tenant does not show that is has been Consented. Launching the Configuration Center on the Active Roles server itself as the same user shows that it has been consented. This does not appear to affect any product functionality and it is just a display issue.
