When using the 'Sign Out' button, the Management Portal unexpectedly returns to the home page, and is still logged in. -
원인
This may occur if the IIS Management setting for 'anonymous authentication' is disabled. -
해결 방안
Verify the settings in IIS for the 'Defender Web Interface' are correct for the desired configuration.
- In IIS Manager, select the 'Defender Web Interface' under 'Sites'.
- Open 'Authentication'
- If Anonymous Authentication is 'disabled', enable this.
Test again.
There may be other configurations that cause this as well, and further review of the IIS Authentication' options may be required.
