Overview| Training Course Details

A general overview of Identity Manager and the basic business processes of this solution framework is complemented by some insights into configuration and customization. The course is designed for individuals interested in understanding Identity Manager (IM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) as an important part of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) portfolio.

An introduction to the basics of Identity Manager is preferred as a preparation for upcoming implementation projects with Identity Manager, as well as to provide new members of an IAM team with the necessary knowledge on how to use the product. The course focuses on the necessary understanding of the product and is a perfect start for new IAM and IM students.

This course is particularly suitable for students who do not require training on Identity Manager installation.

Students who have completed the One Identity - Identity Manager Implementation Certification (#IM-IC) course may wish to attend this course to gain a deeper understanding of Identity Access Governance and the Identity Manager product.
