How to export the Synchronization Project shell from the Synchronization Editor.
Support may ask for an export of the Synchronization Project from the Synchronization Editor for troubleshooting purposes. -
해결 방안
Start the Synchronization Editor with option "-d" using a command line:
E.g.: C:\Program Files\One Identity\One Identity Manager\SynchronizationEditor.exe -d
When the Synchronization Editor opens there will be additional save and export options:
Load the Synchronization Project to enable the save button, then save the .projshell file and attach it to the service request (please rename the file to something shorter if it is very long).
